In the 2006-2007 season, AFA will be collaborating with such groups as the Houston Symphony, the Symphony of Southeast Texas, Young Audiences of Houston, the Center for Performing Arts Medicine, Ben Stevenson's Houston Ballet Academy and many more.

The 2006 AFA Concert Series offered more than 17 free concerts to a total attendance of more than 5,000 and premiered or presented more American works than any other Houston presenter.
